Door in the Wall Arts Access

Training

Are you looking to increase your knowledge and understanding of disability and neurodiversity?

Does your organisation want to attract and retain disabled and neurodivergent staff?

Would you like to make your programming more accessible for disabled and neurodivergent people?

Door in the Wall can help. We offer online training to organisations of all sizes, led by disabled people with lived experience of the issues at stake.

We offer 2- and 4-hour workshops as standard, but we can also create bespoke training of any length. Workshops are competitively priced and will always be tailored to suit your organisation.

Training is delivered virtually over Zoom, by an experienced facilitator, and we provide participants with copies of the slides, a list of links mentioned in the training, and access to a video recording of the training for 30 days afterwards.

Our training options

Supporting Disabled people in the Arts

2 hour and 4 hour options

Supporting Neurodivergent People in the Arts

2 hour and 4 hour options

We can also offer bespoke training for your organisation – please email to discuss rates.

To help organisations embed change, we also offer and encourage a follow-up session after 6 months to review the impact of the initial training. This is an opportunity to talk about what changes have been made internally, what the impact has been, and what further support might be needed.

Our rates are on a sliding scale depending on whether you are an unfunded, small, medium or large organisation.
