Access riders

Access Riders, also called Access Documents, are documents that outline your access needs. They are designed to be given to organisations that you are working with to let them know what you need them to do to ensure you have equal access to work.

They help to ensure that when you arrive to work with an organisation, everything is in place to enable you to do your best work.

Articulating your access needs and presenting them clearly can be difficult, and that is where we come in.

Our supported access rider writing services involve a structured interview or interviews where we talk through your access needs and what the barriers have been for you in past work situations. We will then write up your access rider and send it to you for approval or changes.

Your finished access rider will always be provided to you in a fully editable form, so you can make your own updates over time.

Each month, I have the capacity to support:

where they do not have funding in place to cover it.

My rate for funded artists and artists who do not meet the eligibility criteria for support is £150. This is to allow me to continue to support those without access to funding.
