Working with artists on access support means we collect personal data such as names, job titles and descriptions, health information, and information about your disability and how it affects you day to day. This information will only ever be used to provide you with the access service you require, e.g. Access Document, meeting support, etc. This information will be kept confidential and never shared without your permission, and is protected by password.

Once your access service has been provided, we will keep your information for 6 months and then delete it. Please ensure that you have a copy of your access document as we will not be able to resend it after that point. We may ask for feedback on our services to improve them, to report back to our funders, or for marketing purposed. We will always ask your permission separately to share feedback.
