Are you passionate about making the arts more accessible to neurodivergent and disabled artists? Do you have a knack for building relationships, securing funding, and helping social impact organisations grow? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
About Us
Door in the Wall Arts Access CIC (DITWAA) is a small but growing team with a big vision: to break down barriers in the arts and create a more inclusive, equitable cultural sector. We support neurodivergent and disabled artists across Scotland through one-to-one support, consultancy, accessible communication services, and our peer-led Neuk Collective. Now, we’re expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Lead to help us grow sustainably and increase our impact.
About the Role
As our Business Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping us secure funding, build partnerships, and promote our services. You’ll be working closely with our Executive Director and collaborating with other team members to ensure we reach more artists, secure diverse income streams, and stay financially strong.
If you’re someone who loves to spot opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and help organisations thrive, this could be the role for you.
Why Join Us?
We offer a flexible, remote working environment with a small, passionate team committed to making a real difference. This is a great opportunity to shape the future of a growing organisation and help ensure that neurodivergent and disabled artists get the opportunities and support they deserve.
